New bike ?

Cheers, have herd good things about Giant (york) but as far as i know they're shut at the moment. Just had a reply from another shop (Triton Cycles) they have a Lapierre Sensium 500 CP road bike, full carbon, full shimano 105 available £999. Good deal ? herd of Lapierre but don't know much about them. Any ideas.

Lapierre are a well established French company, with their bikes being used by FDJ in the pro peloton. I would reckon that's a decent bike and something a little different from the usual suspects (if that's important).
Triton have been good to deal with in our experience.
