New bike

Well i've done it, just ordered a new bike from Decathlon. Nothing fancy just a normal ladies bike with straight handle bars, not a mountain bike or racer, something inbetween.
It's very pretty LOL white with blue writing !!!! and has 21 gears
All being well should arrive on 21st May.

I know i should have gone to shop but have no car so ordered online and they only do M or L so ordered M (i'm only 5 foot 1)
Can't wait now xxxxx

Hope it fits - did you have access to a sizing chart etc?

I'm 5'2" and I'm on a Small. To be honest I was between the small and the extra small but I took the Small. I found the size chart http://content.decathlon.co.uk/advice/cycling/how-to-choose-your-mountain-bike.html#advice5.
Medium is for 165cm and up.

I checked my height 160 and it did say medium, so hope its ok, its a proper ladies bike so no crossbar. Now i want all the extras

Now this is where your money starts to go lol, well done for getting yourself a new bike and I also hope the size works out ok for you and you have years of fun on it.

dont worry, as long as its in e right ballpark framewise you can size it up or down by adjusting saddle and handlebars. as its a ladies bike with stepover frame that makes it easier too. my sisters 5,2 with a medium Giant ladies bike and although its an upright bike she actually likes the stretch that the upsizing gives her. we brought the handlebar back a cm or so by rolling it, and checked the saddle was in the right place. happy days.
