new bike help

after getting a refund from wiggle for the bike i returned, i have been looking for a new bike.

they didn't have the 2011 bike that i wanted and said the new 2012 will be released soon (1 October) so i waited to the this date and they said that production started on this date and it will be the end of October before they will have any in stock, and i went in today to see if they have date of the new bikes and they have said it is now going to be at least December and they might not be getting in that bike anyway they don't know.

i have found the bike on chainreactioncycles but unsure buying it online. has anyone bought a bike from them and how does it come and are they any good.

What bike is it - tried an LBS in store? I have bought little bits from CRC with no issue, but they duid have a CC cloning issue not so long ago

i have tried the LBS it is them that keeps changing the delivery date, but they where like this when i wanted a bike last year. if they don't have it in stock at the store they don't seem to be bothered.

the thing that bothered me is that he said it is now going to be December and they might not even be getting this bike in, no offer to order it in or anything.
