None of the components came from halfords, but i will defend halfords on their service in selling me sponge and screen wipes. The screen wipes came perfectly set-up!

Don't get into the habit though Tollers!!

I remember taking a pair of look pedals to local halfords as I needed either an 8mm or 9mm allen key as asked the bike mechanic there if they had either in stock. My housemate was with me and we both had a long laugh once we'd left as the guy was there with a 5/6mm hexagonol allen key and he kept repeatedly putting the allen key into the pedal hexaganol hole and looked really puzzled that it wasn't fitting- as you can tell, he was no help. Gave up after trying to explain and went to see if they had the right size in stock which they didn't
