New bike at last!

Finally took delivery today of my new Specialized Tricross Sport 2011 from Evans through the Ride2Work scheme. Got the bike itself for just over £600, which considering the spec I think is pretty good. Just been out for a quick ride and managed just under 5 miles on a mixture of tarmac and coastal path, and 24mph on a downhill section! I'm really pleased with it, although my backside is really feeling it. However, got to start somewhere ...

I don't like Specialized, but that bike looks tastey. How did you get it so cheap?

I guess because it was the 2011 model - and some hard bargaining! I think I got the last one in the whole company.
