New Bike and old speedo

Hi everybody, a I've just bought myself a new road bike and I'm looking to take my old wireless cycle computer (smart 9.0) of the the hybrid and onto my new road bike.

The only problem is that I can't find the instruction Manual, so I haven't got the wheel setup number... I presume this maybe the circumference as on my 700c x 35 Hybrid the number is 2170.

Would anybody know the setup number for a 700c x 23 tyre.

I'm after doing the same, Does anybody know where you can get those double sided sticky pads to attach the computer onto your stem before you put on the cable ties?

mark the tyre, sit on the bike and wheel until the front wheel has made 1 rotation - then measure

that'll give the most accurate distance as it takes into account the tyre pressure and your weight.
