TBF whichever non virgin supplier you get the quality of the Broadband you get is down to the same equipment which is managed by Openreach. The main difference you may get are the quality of the router they supply and how good their customer service is at getting Openreach on to your fault

You have basically 2 choices of network . Virgin own cable network if it's in the area or openreach networyh which most provider use sky ,talk talk ,Bt etc so the service whichever provider you use is dependent on how good openreach network is
Ask the people who live were your moving too about speeds and whom they use

Technically talk talk is an LLU connection and uses different equipment at the exchange but share the Openreach Copper infrastructure
