True - the cover's coming off a bit but it's otherwise intact. I do like the idea of keeping it though as it's a Dawes branded one.

An update: I got the Dawes tidied up and since then it's been sat at my work. We're overfull in the bike cage and as it's unlikely to be used I'm offering it up for sale here for £120.
Having measured it the concept of a 21" frame went out the window. On collection I wondered about that
- it's actually 23.5" / 60cm but I can just about ride it.
Work done to date has been new Shimano brake hoods (couldn't find white ones), ITM white bar tape, new brake cables and replacement used tyres. It's been cleaned and the saddle's come up nicely.
