Perfection doesn't come cheap.

If the parts are anodised (see my post above), good luck matching the finish with spray paint! I also doubt that you'd get paint to stick to an anodised finish very well (but will defer to those here with more knowledge of paint finishes than I have).

I didn't know about the different types of paint as well, so it might be two new stems, its only money and if I wasn't buying stems I would be buying tyre's
or something else..
I must have enough spare parts to build a bike if got myself another frame
