been using my Giant Defy road bike for mainly morning rides.
As the mornings get a bit darker in the winter thought I'd do the decent thing and fit some lights.

The issue I have is with my road bike which has an Oval carbon seat post and a saddle bag under the saddle I have no obvious means and space to attach a rear light.

Any hints and tips to overcome this guys

Hasn't the saddlebag a loop you can attach the light to?

I just put mine on the seat stays.

Fibre flare attached to seat stay is pretty effective
I have a FibreFlare normally attached to my seat stay, but the other night I put it across the back of my helmet. Stopped at a shop and a couple of chaps came and asked me what it was as they thought it was very visible.

fibre flares will be the best option, and some cheapy lights on the stays. i have a few if your interested flares and lights
