Hello,

This is my first post here. I bought a new Felt Z5 a few weeks ago, love it to bits, but it developed a slight knock when pedalling, particularly under load, when going uphill or just starting to move on high-ish gear. Sometimes it's not there at all only to be there every revolution a moment later. It's getting on my nerves. The LBS where I bought the bike couldn't find anything when I brought the bike for the first service, but it got worse since. I had a look myself, but all the screws seem to be tight.

I recorded a video of it today. Could someone here help me identifying the culprit?

This seems to come from crankset, mostly right side, but it's audible on the left too.

Cheers,
Jarek

It happens under load so possibly something is catching something else slightly when the bike is distorted slightly. Could be your shoe, front derailleur etc. Look at what is close when at rest in various gears and move apart.

Its a process of elimination. It seems to click just as your left foot is leaving the bottom of the stroke. If you are clipped in it could actually be your cleats or pedals. My next Guess would be that your BB needs tightening. But it will probably be much more simple than that.
