+1 for Shutt. I'm 6'4" and the XL are good for me - am pretty sure thats my size without checking the label. Contact them to check - they are very good at sorting what will work for you.
Interestingly I think the pad in the Pro Bib shorts is supplied by Eschler who supply some reasonably well known company...Assos I think they are called.
Didnt know about the pad. Pete was saying something on the phone about the new pro bibs being a great improvement on the old ones. I am still not 100% convinced but they are certainly different. He said that the new pad was much better and that I could return them at any time if I didn't agree (within reason.) Wore this season's pro bibs this afternoon and perfect for just over 20 miles. No issues whatsoever and have never had any even up to 65 mile rides. WOre the old faithful Pro Bibs on my only 100+ mile day so cannot truly and fairly judge.
If in doubt about size, call them. They are one of the most accomodating outfits you will come across. Certainly in my experience anyway. Wore a pair of their Roubaix tights on top this afternoon and peachy and warm as well as comfy
