Need a new bike for commuting

I'm looking for a single speed with flip flop hub with fixed on other side.
Requirements

• Normal frame geometry (aka not track)
• mounts and space for full sized mudguards
• mounts for a pannier rack (future proofing not 100% required)
• drop handle bars

Current contenders are

• Condor Tempo
• Pearson Touche

The condor is appealing due to it's drop outs, mean the rear wheel can be removed without removing the mudguard.

Is anyone else aware of a frame or bike that meets my requirements?
