Need 3 x new Bikes

Hi.
On the lookout to kit out the family.

I need a £200-£250 bike for the wife I'm thinking hybrid as it will be off road gentle cycle paths and maybe lighter than a mountain bike ?


I need a Scoot bike for the eldest - I assume the Ridgeback Scoot is a fair one to go for ?

For me - Entry Level Roadie - £500 - £600 mark ( I have a Kona Dew Deluxe for commuting which I will use over winter and in the Rain). Prefer a triple on the Roadie and bear in mind it'll be my 1st one so the easier to ride the better.

So went to the Shop.
Trek 7.0 for the Wife circa £250

"Don't like it want the blue one" Trek 7.2 I think.

Ok that looks ok - £375

"Ooh that Light Goldy one looks nice" (Trek 7.3)

Ok How much - £425

Looks nice though and decent spec. At least at that price she will get off her arse and use it (Gonna buy a Child seat and or Trailer)
