I would doubt very much that the '10' and the '20' use different frames.
My wife just had a similar problem with the Ridley Liz she just bought; could not get the spec she wanted in the colour she liked.
Fortunately our LBS is amazingly helpful. They sourced a frame set in the colour she wanted and built it up in exactly the spec required.
It didn't cost any more than the same spec bike in the manufacturers range, but looks like a more expensive model at a distance.

In between here and there
Hate "Raw" carbon, suffered it on my first proper bike, I like to wash my bikes and get a shine to them and then even better polish them to even more glossy finish.

The older I get, the faster I used to be ...

Takes all sorts. I've got 3 'black' bikes - the matt carbon, an anodized aluminium (semi-matt sheen) and a very glossy steel. They all have their merits, but the matt black carbon with black graphics Rose is the tastiest of them all. I don't need bright shouty colours to keep me happy.

My LBS is also a Genesis dealer and I'm certain they would have done a custom build on one of them, if we had wanted.
And genesis sell frames, but I can't see the red one on their site, so a build of the red datum might be a challenge

They don't use different frames - they are the same just in different colours.

Good service from your Ridley dealer!

Nope I love my weave and when it is polished and gleaming (not very often) the sun on the different surfaces looks amazing

If your LBS is any good, they should be able to custom build you the colour and spec you want if both are available on different models in the range
