Presumably it's much easier riding a bike with such a small front wheel, because it means you're always riding downhill.

it's an uphill bike only so you can be on the level as you go up steep inclines.

With such a low gear ratio, it should be easy to ride up hill. If you're tall enough to need the saddle really far back, it would be the ultimate wheelie bike (for the brave).
