Unfortunately I can't get the TdF on TV out here so I just follow the written commentary on Cyclingnews but because of the time difference I usually read it at the start of a stage and go to bed, then get up again early in the morning to read the full report.

Bad news and good news. My shoulder is still giving some pain and will be in the sling for at least one more week but the good news is that I had the first stint on the Turbo yesterday and that went OK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
