What kind of frame is it? Can you post more closeup photos of the frame and the lugs (joints)?

Am all for mixing and matching and bodging (have built up a few bikes myself from bits) but assuming you started with a frame can't help wondering why you went for an external BB unless it was just so's you could go for those bling bearings.
Did you face the frame?

Strange that the frame doesn’t have a derailleur hanger so might not be top end.

Can you post some pics from the side and frame details.

What's the rear OLD? Did you bend it out from 126 to 130 to get that wheel /hub in?
I appreciate that the wheels are 'irrelevant' but interesting to pair a 36 front with disc rear (for the great photo?).
What model Weinmanns did you fit?
No water bottle cage bosses on the downtube?
Frame a bit big for you, I guess.

Are they disc covers on the rear. They look good.

i dont really know or recognize the frame. thank you. here are some pics. thank you for your responses. the ultegra crank set is the reason for the hollow tech bb. there is no down tube or seat tube port for water holder. there is also no derailleur hanger nor is there any way thru for the front derailleur. its a bit windy now a days on the beach boulevard. the disk wheel cover is for aerodynamics for indoor time trial but nevertheless helpful on a straight ride flowing with the wind. the bar tapes were made with the help of double sided adhesive tape near the joints. its not a mercier sir nor a carlton but i also have both. the carlton which i posted on my introduction is under construction while the mercier is on its way here from california. you all made me happy for these responses. thank you all so much. no bending was made on the down tube to accommodate the hub in sir. we did not measure the length. these photos were taken on the old paint sir. its more for aerodynamics especially on the boulevard sir. it pushes you easily if your riding with the wind and helps you too if against. its the old 27 weinmann sir. the frame is just about 20" from bb to seat stay, a little small for me. my height is 5'9" sir. thank you for the response sir. happy safe riding.
