well after much too ing and fro ing between solicitors etc, this one has also gone to pot, apparently there is an old quarry right behind the farm , a few months ago whoever owns it made plans to re-open it , permission has just been granted , perhaps @dodgy knows of it so after almost six months hes back to square one and viewing a farm somewhere in shropshire according to his text earlier today, hope he has better luck this time
