You wouldn't want to be anywhere near me right now - I'm a biohazard with the lurgy I've got!

 You sure it wasn't you then?! She spent 10 mins telling me how she was on antibiotics because she was so ill.

Definitely not me. I've been indoors all day apart from a couple of trips into my garden to check on the hens. Of course, ti could be my amazing powers of mind-control & telepathy at work (which I have gained through hard work and no pratting about during my school years, 'natch...)

After speeking with the head of 6th and this other teacher also involved with 6th form(teacher that gets along with me) i was told to keep quiet in his lesson for a week, if he still does stuff to me then i can complain because i havent done anything to him.
So i went in his lesson, there on time, was polite, didnt have an ear phone in and didnt talk.
He was going around the table finding out which task people wanted to do(8 tasks and we were doing one each) He went around, missed me out so i would be last:wacko: Then when going around to help people he came to me last:wacko: Also rude to me at the start and abit rude near the end.
I resisted all natural urges to wind him up and take the mick out of him, and did my work.
Going to see what hes like next lesson now:wacko:

Yes - but don't forget he may be used to your previous attitude... with any luck you suprised him and he might change. Its hard to teach someone who doesn't seem to want to listen.

2nd lesson with him today. I was polite again, and for the lesson we went to the computer room. I got out my chair to reach a plug for someone because they couldnt reach. Came back and nob was put into my username on the pc. Teacher sitting on the table behind. I find it funny, and i asked the teacher if he wrote it. He called me a dickhead instead to my face.
Then later on, after he guided me to the wrong place, and i nearly did my work wrong, i guided myself to the right place using the map. And said that i could get my way to the right place, s why couldnt he, the teacher guide me to the right place. He did a little talk as he does and called me a retard. Which i straight away took offence to. He then tried to justify. All infront of the class.
He is also very happy to want to see my mum on progress day to tell her how lazy i am and that he is concerned with my learning.
Went to complain after the lesson, i resisted havimng a go back at him. Went to see the person that the teacher had comlained to before, and he has said its not on and he will have a word with him. Also said that my parents need to call in and complain aswell.
Hard lesson that was.

Joe - go back to see your headteacher and *politely* explain what happened in the second lesson. Keep it factual, keep calm. Ask for the headteacher's help - again. This way the head knows you are trying to keep your side of the bargain.

I was very polite to the teacher i complained to, and to the teacher i have the problems with.
My mum wants to talk to the teacher and to the head.
She says i may be annoying and abit of a dickhead, but im not a retard and he should not say that to a student because he should be proffessional.
He has been suspended before, but doesnt really seem bothered by that.
When he called me a retard i told him i took offence to that and that he shouldnt say it then left it and kept quiet.
