Tobermory marina at lunchtime today. The RNLI lifeboat is hidden behind the workboat. Not yet busy as boats are only starting to come in. The catamaran on the left is about to depart for the Treshnish Isles.
No idea what the super-yacht is but pretty big by our standards.

I ripped Mrs SD's knickers off on that path some years ago...

... not as much fun as can be imagined.

Whilst walking, the elastic waistband had given up the ghost (old walking knickers, not a sexy bedtime pair) and she wanted to get them off as they were irritating her but she couldn’t find somewhere to take them off from under her walking trousers - there were too many people using the path.

So... 'between people' and using vision-obscuring bends I eventually managed to rip each side of them and finally got the offending things off.

The things we do for love...

Yes SD, the goats are virtually personal friends, we only live down the coast, so go there quite a lot.

Myself and my wife took my Mom (who lives in Cumbria, and is staying with us for a few weeks) to Weston super Mare for the day, as that's where Mom and my late Dad had their honeymoon back in 1962.

Saw this outside a sweetshop, thought the chain looked a bit slack.

Rainy rainy off and on. Reduced to installing a chair and sitting in the bike shed and fiddling.
Rain continues I may want to install a kettle and so on. There is beer, wine and a fridge already there. Occurs to me that I have got a small camping stove there too
