A few years ago(October 2019), we stayed along Budle Bay, at Waren Mill, in the old Mill itself!
Looking over the bay, we could see Lindisfarne Castle in the distance

We had the top floor & ‘the loft’ of the square ’tower’

What’s the most interesting thing you have found washed up on the beach?

A baby seal, that took a keen interest in my labrador, on the basis Molly's face probably looked like it's mum! We contacted the Seal Sanctury at Gweek, Cornwall, who collected it, looked after it, and brought it back a few weeks later, much, much heavier, and released it back into the sea at the same spot.
