I'm a reformed fat bloke (lost 10 stone last year) so best of luck with the getting healthy - exercise definitely is the key. I can now maintain my weight and still enjoy the beers. Cigs are out though
Holey crapoley THAT is good work. Well done, an inspiration; makes me feel ashamed about moaning how hard it is to shed the 3 stones I need to lose

Well done on losing 10 stone!

I am struggling to lose three. I'm just not motivated enough although I try not to eat junk food, I stray occasionally.

I think it's quite possible to lose weight very quickly if you eat the right foods and do a lot of exercise. My sister lost about 5 stone in about 4/5 months once. Although I think she was severely overdoing it. She was on the weight watchers diet. She stopped when she became 9 and a half stone.

From what I saw, if you're resourceful on that weight watchers diet you can prepare foods that have barely any calories in them but are very filling. Thus you're able to keep your stomoch happy throughout the day without actually consuming many calories.

A very random example would be say a tin of chopped tomatoes, mixed with mustard (lol don't laugh) with some weight watchers bread. Surprisingly you can find it quite satisfying.

The other big thing would be producing your own soups, (particuarly cabbage!) using a food blender. Such soups contain almost zero points and some don't even count toward your weight watchers point allowance but will fill you up plenty.

+when you thnk about it, soups full of fresh veg are VERY good for you.

Combine the above with a skipping rope and regular skipping!
