My first 50miles

well done thats good going I did the Norwich 50 last year which was my 1st 50 took me 5 hours with an average of 10 miles a hour on a mountain bike.

Did my first 100 this Saturday on a flat route in Holland with a 17.25 ave but over here it is a lot different.
