well rode man! wish i could do this, im doing 15.8 miles this weekend with a 14mph average! haha ohh well im a novice! Good luck in future 100 milers!

i was impessed with 15 mph ave speed, i road to alford lincs from leicester and back last week but only managed 13 mph avg total 153.4 miles in one day, i am /was well pleased with my self untill i saw a 15 moph

Well done! It's a great feeling when you have completed your first 100 miler!
I've only done one, but I will be doing another one this year, and I want to do a lot more of them!
When I completed my first century, I agreed to go to my friends birthday on the same day.. so I only had a 30 minute nap after completing the ride
I slept like a baby later that night though
