my cycling log password?

been trying to get onto my cycling log now to up date my ticker but it won't let me on as i have forgotten my password! i tried resetting it but it i haven't received the email they claim to have sent? any ideas or should i start a new account and then enter my old mileage and add any new rides?

nothing in spam. will check other email addresses going into same imbox but i did enter my main one that i always use to retrieve my p word

sorry i was just assuming as i have checked spam folder loads over last 48 hours and i have requested password loads it would still be empty but i just checked again and yes i have had one email from mcl
