I ride to stop all the noise in my head not to add to it, but sometime I like to sing Hank Williams "your my best friend",by the way can you cadence ride at 90 and still sing?. also why ride a trainer at home instead of going out on your bike?.

I agree with the latter for summer, but when it comes to Winter - It's Britain, need I say more? You can predict the lottery numbers better than the weather.

At the place I work some people wear shorts outside at night in minus 5 it seems a bit namby not to ride in the daytime after seeing them.
