bank holiday and had hoped to go for a ride but its been piddling it down most of the day and mrs ck at work so i couldnt have gone out for long as i have 2 teenagers to keep in control so i ended up cleaning the house.

Who knew that a public holiday and a home football match would almost empty a city centre.I arrived 15 minutes after kick off, had lunch and a couple of drinks and started my walk to the hotel just before the final whistle, so it looks like I've missed the "fun" of Championship celebrations so far.
It's 'The Murder Capital' at The Brudenell tonight.

Thankfully I'm on the western edge (Kirkstall Road area) of the city where the only noise is the traffic. With any luck I shouldn't even hear that after the band at The Brudenell.

Slept well enough and had a lie in, but I still feel so damn tired. Did not do anything this morning other than watch the snooker.
Lovely luncheon of wholemeal toast, coronation chicken, smoked cheddar, fruit and a
Then sorted out that side of salmon, and popped out to drop off my friend's share of if. Huddles were had with various felines and canines, and treats were dispensed.
Home to do the basic minimum of chores.
