Good morning from a cloudy and very breezy Suffolk. The breeze should help the towels that are currently in the wash dry quickly when put on the whirlygig later in the morning.

Coffee has been had and I'm still waiting for Yodel to give me an expected delivery time for the parcel. While I'm waiting, I think the windows will be cleaned.

Can someone remind me tomorrow what I need to pick us a box of Shimano discs on the way to work?

Thanks.

Have you remembered the discs @Andy in Germany or do you need to go out again?

wound up in a legit operating room yesterday. finger intact, minus one pain in the butt. it was a well oiled machine, everyone was super nice & if my son marries one of the nurses, I might be seeing some of them again, as guests. never imagined I'd be like Wifey trying to match Sonny Boy up w/ available women. some things just come naturally I guess. pretty heartwarming that some of the other nurses helped share photos & numbers. who needs "the apps" when you've got friends?

oh & my typing is worse than it used to be. we look something like this

Anyone have a paperless TV licence?
I recently set up a DD for the TV licence, but the confirmation email was worded in a way that seemed to imply they might be going to charge me again for the current year I'd already paid, so I tried to query it. I quickly found that it was impossible to communicate with a human being instead of a chatbot that just kept asking me to repeat the question, so I cancelled the DD.

In view of that, there's no way I'll go paperless.

More to this than meets the eye.
Much track covering probably going on.

A former client is a tree surgeon. The paperwork before you should fart at almost any tree is huge.

Someone probably played the 'elfin safety card too soon.

The simple fact it was on Council owned land should have been a warning to them to seek landlords permission. Criminal damage under common law surely.
