Right hand side of Otley Road after Skyrack and Original Oak.It was a girls school i think Lupton was the name or something.The Golden Beam in Headingley, Leeds, is a Grade II listed building, originally a Christian Science church built in 1912, later used as the Elinor Lupton Centre (a theatre) by Leeds Girls' High School, and now a WetherspooI went to school in Headingley but I don’t remember anywhere called the Golden Beam.
Oh yeah, and last night, I found an egg-sized lump on my arse.
Inspection with a mirror revealed that something had bit / stung me through my jeans while I was lumberjilling. After taking some extra antihistamines, it's now gone down to the size of a pea. Doesn't hurt, just looks a bit disconcerting.
