RJ The Bike Guy has some tips for removing stuck cranks, including one for when you don't have a removing tool. Might be worth checking him out on Youtube?

Somebody wrote a book about rugby entitled 'Tight Head, Loose Balls'. Didn't make me want to try it...From experience at at school, "Rugby" is a form of inter tribal warfare. Occasionally it involves a ball, but this isn't strictly necessary.
