Good morning from Suffolk where, for the first time in a long while, the sun is conspicuous by its absence. Coffee has been had.

I'm having an away day on Thursday so the overnight bag needs to be sorted out and I've got to pop out and do a bit of shopping for travel food & snacks later on this morning. Other than that I've spent the little bit of bonus cash on an additional away day in late May and found a decent tax free home for the main capital for the next three years.

It is flipping cold out there! I was doing a bit of measuring on my bikes. My Virtuoso is a bit long in the frame with a long stem. I will try to swap the stem from my Boardman to see if it makes any difference riding the Virtuoso.
In the meantime I have to drop SWMBO into town. I will pick up a new inner tube whilst I'm there.

That's a heck of a change in the weather
