I read this today

Human love is considered powerful because it is driven by a complex interplay of brain chemicals like dopamine, oxytocin, and phenethylamine, which trigger feelings of euphoria, reward, and bonding, essentially creating a powerful motivational drive to pursue and maintain relationships, leading to significant changes in behavior and even altering our perception of reality when we fall in love; this biological mechanism is deeply rooted in our evolutionary need for connection and survival as social beings.

Busy morning: three clients all started today, my first in this workshop. The social worker apparently planned for all three to come at once so I could do the introductions and show them around together. Being an introvert this didn't occur to me so I showed them around individually, on the basis I learn more about them and they can ask questions.

That is nice, they might be shy. Good of you to think of that.

I've just had a very pleasant evening binge-watching episodes from season five of Star Trek: The Next Generation
