@stephec. Wot Raleighnut said, go down the high street and turn right onto Carts Lane, the Globe is on the left 100 yards down. Enjoy. That'll be fun, mind you a lot of their 'morning customers' should have gone home by then.
Try walking about 100 yards further down High St. then turning right down a side road, there is a pub called The Globe more expensive but much better and they sell 'Original' (once known as Old Original)
Mine's on Saturday...I've just had my flu jab.......so I'm off medicine. I'll stick to the Sauvignon.

Inspired by Vern's Catalan mini adventure we have had cod and chorizo stew with patatas bravas for tea.
Seriously, that particular Weatherspoons is very dodgy, youre in Leicester you should be going for an Indian. The boss's credit card's doing the talking unfortunately.
We went to a really good Indian last time, but I think it's the Teracotta tonight.Seriously, that particular Weatherspoons is very dodgy, youre in Leicester you should be going for an Indian.

Tomorrow I face the ordeal of a hospital appointment at Wythenshaw which may take 2-3hrs if I am a new patient to the department. I'm a new patient.

To tell the truth, I enjoy drinking so much that I have to ration myself so that I can keep on drinking for longer, bearing in mind that I can't have a drink if I've drunk myself to death. The logic's a bit odd: I have to stop drinking so I can drink for longer.Discipline i'm too flaky for that.
