Went to the "swing" dance last night.
We both ache!! Good fun.

Defy washed, wiped with WD40 to make it shine, chain Mickled, tyres and brakes checked and all loaded up ready for the trip across the '62 (after Canada v Ireland) for tomorrow's Lincolnshire Wolds Audax. Hopefully good weather as there are a couple of spectacular roads on the route with massive views to the west from the Chalk plateau. My first audax in my home county. If the hills not too steep up from the Kimmeridge Clay to the Chalk (so about 100 million years between them) may do it next year, on the recumbent. I've even packed the relevant extract from the geological maps!
I see your point.
With reluctance, I am contemplating a shopping sortie. Breakfast and coffee first or afterwards as a reward?
