How on earth do you juice apples in a steamer of all devices?
Or is that why you are trying rather than succeeding?

Old steamer my Mum has given us without instructions, you put the apples in the top and the apples steam and then the juice collects below. Started off boiling it too rapidly so lots of dilute juice.

We have an old cooking tree in the garden that produces fruit every other year, basically none or loads given its size. They don't keep well so trying to find alternative uses for them.
