she is trying to deal with the pain in my leg which is basically the entire leg at the moment. It will ease later today and be much improved. Currently on acupuncture (again) and ultrasound afterwards. The muscles are much better afterwards so it is helping, but I don't seem to be able to extend what I can do with walking sadly.

They seem to be redesigning them as big warehouses that echo so much that you can't here yourself think! The new one on the M25 is ghastly.

I've heard full disc wheels are very strong but you have to be careful of the wind.
