The Passport Office's standards are slipping. 50% increase in the time spent to process my application since last time. Nine days instead of six. Tsk!

Fair play to the Passport Office in Belfast. I highly recommend completing the application online then posting photos etc.

Oh yes. Burnt !!!

The lead from the pug was pushed up against the dishwasher and got rather warm and melted into the plug, i'm amazed i'm still alive.

They have arrived, took and age to get the dishwasher out, then the replacement flat socket didn't work, now they cannot get the dishwasher back in and so it goes on.

I may arrive at work a bit later than expected.
