Time for a bike ride to the beach to restore sanity i think.

Having not been shopping for a couple of weeks have just scraped together lunch from the remains left in the fridge. Chicken and chilli omelette.

Observations;

We may have mixed up the home grown scotch bonnets and much weaker hungarian wax chilli's ( or my son has mixed them up in another of his hilarious pranks

The chicken tasted a bit funny, it's only been in there a fortnight.

These 2 things combined will probably mean that it won't be wise to draft me on my evening ride
