I can still get a lift but it's going to be more either on or beside an A road, (previously spoilt by having a hedge and space beside me on the ring road path, or the luxury of the Bristol and Bath path. Still I will no doubt explore the options and find some diversions! Just going to miss my old routes and the people I was on nodding and smiling acquaintance.

When you say seat, do you mean the seat in the van or the bike's saddle? I can't see a bike ripping a van's seat off so i reckon it's the saddle.

Back from Edinburgh Sat - Tue.Don't ever say that Scottish people are not generous,i have come back with a sore throat,headache,ear ache and a cough.Mind you i did have a great time.Went aboard THE Royal Yacht.It is brilliant.The second photo is not me,it's my mate and life partner,the lovely wife.
