I've walked the dog. Two and a bit hours until the CAB closes.

I have just returned from a half hour adventure up the garden with the kitten. He didn't want his harness put on and so we had a bit of a struggle but once outside he found a few friends to play with, flies, I'm not sure if they were willing participants but they got roped in anyway. The stone bird bath proved to be somewhat of a mystery for him, I've never seen him approach anything so cautiously , he thought it would attack him, not like my wife's Eagle Owl bird scarer which made him leap into the air as it rocked back after he touched it.
There is at least one less Wood Pigeon going by the amount of feathers lying around the pond.

What, you have to pay to complain?
Honestly, it's preferable to going into one of their EE shops to do it.

Yes because I'm on pay as you go they charge 25p for the connection.
When I was moving to them I wanted a particular bundle and because it wasn't on the list the fella in the shop had, it was probable an internet only deal, they weren't interested, so I went home and ordered it online and had it delivered to the shop for me to pick up.

Are you planning to walk the streets with him in his harness?

I did get one for Henry but he was such a wriggling worm to get it on I gave up. Perhaps I should get him a bigger one now and try again.

We buy our bird seed in 12 kg sacks from the RSPB. The little buggers can empty two four-hole feeders in a day in the winter. And the pigeon saunters around underneath waiting for the bits the little ones chuck around!
That's the biggest pack I have bought so far, I already have meal worm and peanuts 'in stock' ^_^

I am now clearing my cycling shelf and replacing it with all this food

A lot of hissing , growling , clawing and biting takes place when I try to put it on him, some of which comes from me. My daughter is afraid he may run off if he is let out without his lead. He did escape once before and it took us a while before we could catch him.
I'm more used to being brought up with cats and kittens which used to live outside in a shed. With the kittens mother being around we found that they didn't stray very far.
He is slowly becoming more tame, he puts himself into his cat box, whether he will do that in a few weeks time after seeing the vet we will see. He is always pleased to see me in the morning greeting me with " high fives" on tip toe and purring madly.
