All the knuckle and elbow joints are rubbish with too much play. You can tighten them up with an allen key, but when you move them, the nylon washers loosen up and the whole assembly goes pissed.

PTFE tape to hold the screws in place?

Trust me, it will never work. It needs some joint to twist the screen when it's in the right place. The bracket just doesn't have that feature. It would work fine if I didn't want to move it every few hours, but I do. It's just spongy. £11 down the lavatory, and a £14 box of frame anchors from Screwfix which were absolutely fantastic. I still have 23 of them to play with.

Back from the comedy, destinctly average. However the landlady showed me the confirmed acts until December. In October there is someone proper huge. I can't say who, they can't say who but . One of our favourites, and a serious coup for a small pub.

I was on the train with some from the match I think. They had bought a match scarf each and suddenly noticed and started complaining it was one sided... Blue and yellow possibly, and I'm sure when they held it up it said Warrington! I assumed it was football but they were nice enough if a little boisterous!

Last night it needed to rain heavily if only to stop the crowd of teens who seemed to circling the area chatting extremely loudly... Probably took a couple of hours to get to sleep.... It would all go quiet... I'd start dropping off then they would reappear and I could hear comments about need alcohol, food etc as they dawdled they way past... They just needed some volume control!

The wall-mounted articulated PC monitor arm has turned out to be a POS. It sags and wobbles, and won't return to its original position. It's bolted to the wall with 100mm deep masonry anchors FFS.
I'm seeking therapy.

I expect it has now got play in the joints.

Ah! They need replacing with some good old car track rod end ball joints.
