Tomorrow apparently has an extra second added to it. This must make it the 2nd longest day of the year.

I forgot to mention earlier that I went on a cleaning frenzy this morning before w*rk. First I wiped the greasy deposits that were accumulating around the door seal of the dishwasher. Then, as I was on a mission, I took all the knives, forks & spoons out of the cutlery tray and cleared out all the little crumby bits.

How's your riding going?

Yesterdays ride was pain free, so I'm trying it again today. If all goes well I hope to get out on the road bike at the weekend and bother some country lanes.
