Im so tyred, this humidity is sapping any energy i work up with.

If i dont go out on my bike the most interesting that i would have done so far today is to collect my stupidly expensive .

I bought a dozen geraniums this morning.

The buyer at our Manchester branch is Polish and a couple of days ago I asked for his help with a polish supplier, their English isn't brilliant. Yesterday he forwarded to me an email from the supplier his comment was 'please see attached reply, I hope you can read Polish :-) I called him to discuss the email and told him that I fully understood the whole thing, he laughed then said 'erm you are joking yes' so I replied yes as if actually I did understand 3 words.

No but there is an actor here. He is one of those ones thats been in loads of TV programmes but you would never remember his name. Something like Howards Way or just as dire.

He is quite fit for his age, he must be in his 70s and i see him out running periodically.

I cant take a snap as its too obvious and uncool
