Miss K has organised some culture for us tomorrow. We're picking her up from Birmingham and spending 2 days in Stratford including watching Hamlet!

Is she finished...? Mine still have a few more weeks till they are back, though one is home for a few days, the eldest is in major deadline mode, though luckily they managed to think ahead and print all their big stuff early. I've been sent a list of the queue to use the plotter and it will be going all night, the deadline is 2:30 tomorrow afternoon! Luckily she was already starting to pin up her work yesterday.

Sheffield food festival was on today.

I had a venison burger.

It came with a green napkin.

The nearby bin was quite full.

The first attempt at placing the napkin in the bin failed.

The second was successful.

Did you come across the stand from Tori & Ben's farm? We buy their meat a lot. Ben is a really nice guy and his Longhorn beef is particularly good.

Sunny here for the last few days, but it has clouded over this afternoon and is due some light rain this evening (like in an hours time!). We are due rain on Friday and very heavy showers on Saturday (up to 2cm of rain on Saturday!). We may just find out why they have such big drains and drainage ditches! Or not.

Oh and we have had -4C overnight for the last 2 nights. It has been great!

Nyhavn is good for lunch. The little mermaid is not worth fighting the milions of Japanese tourists to see. The departures terminal at the airport is one of the best Ive been in. A river boat ride from Nyhavn is one of the best value rides in town. Look for the CPH Electric hire bikes, they are White and very trendy. :0)

Windy with rain on the way...my cold is in full swing , i have some digging out for a patio table set to do 20 2x2 slabs needed...hmmm i may skive off today ,but colds are worse first thing...

Not this time. Motorbike for a week and then sailing, m.bike again taking shorter route home.
