Yes, he walked in all cool as a cucumber but with a bushy tail so there had been an encounter somewhere.

Sasha and him even nose bumped for a few seconds so she obviously missed him too.

Just back from a hard but enjoyable 51 miles.

MIL didn't get a bed until 3am. In for observations but it's looking like water retention caused by her heart failure. She took I'll last year when she stopped taking her water tablets as she didn't like going to the loo. To be honest she doesn't go that ofter but old folk get obsessed with loos.

She has either not been taking them or the dose needs to go up.

I had energy this morning, until I was a couple of miles from home, I crossed the Radford road and went to accelerate up Beak avenue and the legs weren't interested.

We went for a walk this aftetnoon but neither of us were up to going far, next week is going to be very busy so saving our energy. Next Friday 13.00 we finish for a week
