My GP came out again today. ABs have been changed and a 10 day course, I'm on anti fungals as well, also 10 days and because my asthma is now audible in my lungs, my steroids have been changed to 40mg prednisolone for 5 days, then 30mg for 5, then 20mg for 5 days, 15mg for 5 days before returning to my hydrocortisone tablets as normal.
They are worried and they can't easily get me to have an x-ray. She does think that it is slightly less than it was in both lungs but still covers 80-90% rather than 100% which it did. The only saving grace is that I have no temperature, don't feel ill, am eating and drinking fine other than that hurts badly and my O2 stats are OK when I am taking to someone! BP and pulse are also good so I shall aim to stay at home rather than needing a hospital bed!

I still sound like Mutley though when I laugh which is everything I try to talk because it doesn't happen. I have when had to resort to ringing my oh in my own home! I can't say anything audible but he gets the message. Sadly he has it as well, just not as badly and without the chest infection so far.

We are under strict instructions to use the out of hours service over the weekend if I get any worse! Mutley is laughing again...

Aah. Hope that all the meds kick in soon. Glad you feel weller than you sound! Maybe the steroids are good for something. Keep .

:hugs:

Hope you're both soon a lot better.

The earth moved for me at 0252hrs this morning. We had a 4.2 earthquake

The thing that caught my eye with this was the bloke on the internet this morning saying his housemate had slept through it.

2 glasses was the finally tally of damage for me and im 1 mile from the epicentre.

The neighbours hanging basket fell down though.
As it's down south though that hanging basket will be the lead story on the BBC news.

My mum slept through it and thinks its all a load of rubbish.

Its the most exciting thing to have happenned here since Julius Ceasar landed on the local beach.

The daily mail apparently had a picture of an overturned patio chair:laugh:

Our Saturday shopping trip to town this morning contained a bit of excitement, a three car fender bender in the car park, we were queuing to go through the barrier and when it went up the guy at the head of the queue accelerated through and ploughed straight into the rear of the queue of cars on the ramp for the next level.:headshake:
