I was brought up in Folkstone, I haven't been back for 30 years or more.

Today will be a slower day, yesterday it was 10.5 hours full on with no lunch break. Half day today and easy work.

In other news, someone is going for her annual check up and boosters today. She will be grumpy and my bank account will be slightly emptier.

In an hour and 1/2 I will have freedom until then I need more coffee to prep scouting boating kit, find lost things for small people, pack 2 picnics for the school annual picnic to the country park... I think I may be allergic I feel like ugh... I have been given germs from one of them I am suspecting Squidge he looks vaguely snotty and has a slight cough... I feel sick... but I have the unfortunate trait of being sick when excited (I was a delight with that as a child) I get it from my Dad he does the same thing... so it could just be cos I am excited

The foxes have dragged the kitchen waste bin across the front garden, got it open and scattered its contents about on the pavement.

we have the caddy food bins with the locking handle...its not fox proof..

Indeed it is, my brother currently lives in Whitstable, my Dad in Blean, where I went to primary school.
