Ride It Like You Stole It!

First proper try on Zwift. It actually made the hour on the turbo go quite fast, and I've never hit 191 bpm on the turbo before , nor ridden for an hour due to boredom.
Impressed with how it works with a basic trainer. So long as it's on the supported list, you are OK. You just need your Garmin speed/cadence sensor, hr strap if you want, and a USB ANT+ dongle. The climbs are lung busters. You do have to whack up the gears and ride much harder to keep pace, where as the smart trainers will increase resistance, you do it by changing down (increases wheel speed and resistance)
Did a couple of sprints, which nearly killed me. Forgot to put the fan on at first and very quickly started melting.
18 miles in an hour and knackered now.
