Yesterday's pilates seemed hard work on the legs without much stretching of them .... I was expecting to feel far worse this morning than I am.... but I'm still using it as an excuse to be in pootle mode today!

Jack didn't sleep very well last night - which meant I didn't sleep very well last night*. I'm knackered and struggling to concentrate on the detail of contracts - it the NHS goes bust this year it may well be my fault...



*Mr R was on call and was sleeping in the back bedroom so as not to disturb me if he was called. He had no calls and a great night's kip...

Oh dear. Hope Jack's feeling perkier this afternoon and that you get suitable revenge on Mr R in due course.
